Oxford Instruments is currently evaluating the 2D single scan technology of Professor Lucio Frydman from the Weizmann Institute.(1) Under this evaluation we have carried out experiments which indicate that DNP is fully compatible with the acquisition of 2D single scan NMR spectra for a variety of molecules. (2) This indicates that the sensitivity advantages of DNP can therefore be used in conjunction with the correlated information afforded by single scan 2D sequences.(3)
