Oxford Instruments NanoScience is proud to sponsor the Nicholas Kurti European Prize for research in physical science. The aim of this annual prize is to support the career development of young scientists conducting research employing low temperatures and/or high magnetic fields in Europe. The prize is awarded by a committee of senior academics based throughout Europe.

The Nicholas Kurti Prize consists of:

  •  €8,000 Euros cash prize
  • a certificate and trophy
  • support to attend a conference of your choice where the prize is awarded and the opportunity given to present your research
