Genuine Oxford Instruments Spare Parts

Our Spares Kit Packages are designed with the aim of giving customers the ability to choose levels of system support tailored to their requirements. We recognise that our customers have varied requirements, and these packages enable our customers to personalise their support, saving unnecessary costs that are inevitably factored in to ‘standard’ packages.

  • 3 levels of Spares Kit Packages available
  • Over time, components wear out and require replacement. Our Spares Kit Packages ensure you are always prepared
  • Our Plasma, ALD, Ion Beam and HVPE products are manufactured using the highest quality precision-made components
  • Fitting 3rd party parts can compromise system and process performance so we suggest always using genuine Oxford Instruments spare parts
  • With spares located in strategic locations around the world, we can deliver parts to our customers when required

Repairs

We offer repair services for many components - this is particularly beneficial for electrical and electronic modules. For items critical to system operation (such as pumps and generators) we may be able to offer a service exchange. We are highly committed to offering different levels of customer service including a service for repairing high value items, should a failure occur.

  • Should you require our repair facilities service, you will need to contact our help desk on ptsupport@oxinst.com for a Repair Materials Authorisation (RMA) number
  • On receipt of your goods, we will analyse the error and offer a fault remedy at a competitive price
  • If the item cannot be repaired, an exchange unit will be quoted
  • Repairs are all carried out by our highly qualified personnel

Service Exchange

It doesn’t always make financial sense to replace a faulty part with a new one. Repairing an item can take up valuable time and can impact on your machine up-time. We understand how inconvenient this can be, and are now offering an exchange service if a fault occurs on high value system parts.

  • Our exchange units are priced at 50% of list price and come with a 90 day warranty
  • Our exchange units are the same high quality as brand new items

 

How to use this service

  • Customers wishing to enter into an exchange programme for their failed parts should contact the help desk on ptsupport@oxinst.com for a Repair Materials Authorisation (RMA) number. We will then confirm the availability of an exchange unit and price.
  • Your faulty part must be returned to us within 30 days (failure to do so will result in an invoice being sent for the full list value).
